Scope of Service
We provide OSINT-style lookup tools that surface information from publicly available or user-supplied sources. The service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use
- You must comply with all applicable laws (including EU/EEA/UK privacy rules, CFAA/CCPA where relevant, and local consumer protection laws) and use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Do not use the service to harass, stalk, dox, discriminate, or otherwise harm individuals.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt service operation.
- Do not submit or process data you do not have a lawful basis to use.
Data Handling & Storage
- We process limited account metadata and session data (e.g., user ID, API key, session tokens, hashed IP, user agent/device) for authentication, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
- Lookups proxy third-party APIs; returned data is displayed to the requesting user and is not sold or shared with unrelated parties.
- We do not knowingly collect special category data. Do not submit such data to the service.
- Data retention is limited to what is necessary for service operation and abuse prevention; where feasible, session/IP data is hashed.
User Rights (GDPR/UK GDPR/EEA)
- Access: You can request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure: You can request deletion where no overriding legal basis exists.
- Restriction & Objection: You may object to or restrict certain processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability: You can request export of data you provided to us, where technically feasible.
- Complaints: You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Legal Bases for Processing
We rely on legitimate interests (service operation, security, fraud/abuse prevention) and, where applicable, user consent (e.g., optional features). We do not use data for marketing.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies/session tokens for authentication and rate-limiting. We do not run third-party marketing trackers. If analytics are enabled, they are limited to operational metrics; consent will be obtained where required.
Security
- HTTPS is required for transport security.
- Session tokens and API keys must be kept confidential; rotate them if compromised.
- We apply least-privilege access to stored data and monitor for abuse.
Third-Party Services
Lookups may call third-party APIs. Their terms and privacy practices apply to data sent to or received from them. We are not responsible for their content or uptime.
Liability & Indemnity
- The service is provided “as is” without warranties (express or implied).
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse or unlawful use of the service.

We may update this legal notice. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
